The team at Urban Agent, Australia’s Number 1 Asian Events Promoter and growing hospitality juggernaut, have taken their passion for creating unforgettable moments to the world of real estate sales by launching Urban Agency (UA). UA is a real estate channel sales agency that provides ambitious agents access to some of the best properties in Sydney, including house and land in the booming northwest.
Urban Agent was founded in 2002 by Ritchie Perera and his business partner (EW), with Perera becoming the sole director and shareholder in 2021. The Group now includes Hong Kong-inspired eateries, Ni Hao Bar, and Kowloon Cafe in Haymarket, Burwood and Eastwood.
Ritchie Perera has appointed Urban Agent’s event manager Howin Chui as Managing Partner of Urban Agency.

Howin Chui began his journey with Urban Agent in 2010 and is now a part owner of the growing hospitality juggernaut. The Group, founded by Ritchie Perera, includes Hong Kong-inspired eateries, Ni Hao Bar, and Kowloon Cafe in Haymarket and Burwood. In 2023, Howin partnered with celebrity chef Chase Kojima to expand their Japanese eateries, Senpai Concepts and opened his third Kowloon Cafe in Eastwood.
The pair have taken their passion for creating unforgettable moments to the world of real estate sales by launching Urban Agency (UA). UA is a real estate channel sales agency that provides ambitious agents access to some of the best property in Sydney, including house and land in the booming northwest. Howin brings to Urban Agency the same passion and drive for success that he has in all his ventures and is dedicated to delivering outstanding results for agency partners.

Sarah leads Urban Agency’s channel agent program, maintains the project development pipeline, and creates strong relationships with leading industry figures in the Sydney real estate market. Sarah is a leading sales manager and project marketer, who manages over 200 agencies and has delivered an impressive 300 million in project sales.
